These 3 models usually cover all the bases for your offshore trolling needs. We have three different power options: 20-40#, 30-50#, and 50-100# which is our version of Light-Medium-Heavy.
The 20-40# model is the perfect rod for dragging Ballyhoo and small lures here in South Florida for Blackfin Tuna and Mahi on the weed lines. This is the ideal rod for trolling and targeting Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, and Sailfish with a 30-40# test. We even hooked a 350# Blue Marlin on this same rod and it will get the jib done. This rod comes with all Fuji Silicon Nitride guides, no roller top. We like matching this rod up with the Avet HXW reel for a well-balanced combo.
The 30-50# model was designed to hold a Shimano Tiagra 30-sized reel. Ideal for fishing 30-40-50# test for Mahi, Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, and any other offshore species. This rod is equipped with the Winthrop Roller Top.
The 50-100# has a shade more power and holds a 50-sized reel best and we generally fish 50-60-80# line on this rod. Perfect rod for fishing in the Bahamas for Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Sharks, and big Bull Dolphin. This rod will get them to the boat real fast before the sharks come calling!! This rod is equipped with the Winthrop Roller Top.
The 60-130# is the stiffest version of this rod we make. Ideal to hold a 50 or 80-sized reel or even an LP for Wahoo fishing. These come standard with #4 butts.

This series has all Fuji Silicon Nitride guides and the 30-50#, and 50-100# Winthrop roller top which is all you really need for these fish! They also have the 2 piece Alps aluminum butts which are extremely durable.
