The Connley Fishing Diamond Series Sniper Spin 7' is a versatile spinning rod designed to fill the gap between our lighter inshore rods and heavier fiberglass offshore spinning rods. Available in 12-20 lb and 20-30 lb classes, the Sniper provides a lightweight, comfortable feel with the additional power needed for larger inshore fish and light offshore applications. The 12-20 offers an excellent balance of sensitivity and strength for casting lures and live baits, while the 20-30 adds more power through the tip section for throwing larger baits and handling harder-fighting fish.

Available in a 7' length, each rod is equipped with a premium ALPS aluminum reel seat, Fuji Silicon Nitride guides, and comfortable EVA foam grips. Finished with our signature blue and silver Diamond Series wrap, the Sniper Spin combines upgraded premium components with a lightweight and versatile design for anglers looking for a rod that can comfortably transition between inshore and light offshore fishing.

The Diamond Sniper Spin is an excellent choice for targeting snook, tarpon, mahi, snapper, and a variety of other inshore and offshore species. Pair the 12-20 lb model with a Shimano Saragosa 6000 for a balanced setup that's excellent for casting lures and lighter live baits. Step up to the 20-30 lb model with a Shimano Saragosa 8000 for additional power when throwing large live croakers for inlet snook, pitching live baits to mahi, or bottom fishing for snapper.
