The Trouble Maker will skip along the top of the surface due to the round bottom of the face, and then the flat catches and it’ll pull under, create a nice trail of bubbles just under the surface, and once the air runs out, it will surface again and skip along like a skipjack. Can be trolled off any rigger position or short flat position for Mahi/Billfish at 6-10 knots.
