The Connley Fishing Diamond Standup Trolling 6' is one of our best-selling offshore trolling rods and is available in four power options to cover everything from light ballyhoo trolling to serious big-game fishing. Choose from 20-40 lb, 30-50 lb, 50-100 lb, and 60-130 lb models, giving anglers a complete lineup for targeting a wide range of offshore species. Each model combines a responsive trolling action with the backbone and lifting power needed to put serious pressure on hard-fighting fish.
The Diamond Standup Trolling lineup is built with premium components selected to match the demands of each power. The 20-40 features Fuji Silicon Nitride guides without a roller top for a lightweight, versatile trolling setup, while the 30-50 and 50-100 models incorporate a Winthrop roller top for heavier offshore applications. The 60-130 is the stiffest and most powerful model in the lineup and is designed around heavier 50-80 size reels and LP electric reel applications. Comfortable EVA foam grips and heavy-duty components throughout make these rods dependable choices for demanding offshore trolling.
The 20-40 is an excellent choice for trolling ballyhoo and smaller lures for mahi, blackfin tuna, and sailfish and pairs well with an Avet HXW. The 30-50 is designed around a Shimano Tiagra 30-sized reel and is ideal for mahi, tuna, marlin, wahoo, and other offshore species. Step up to the 50-100 with a 50-sized reel and 50-80 lb line for yellowfin tuna, marlin, sharks, big bull mahi, and heavier Bahamas-style trolling. For the most demanding applications, the 60-130 provides maximum power for 50-80 size reels or an LP electric reel, making it an excellent choice for heavy trolling and serious wahoo fishing.

This series has all Fuji Silicon Nitride guides and the 30-50#, and 50-100# Winthrop roller top which is all you really need for these fish! They also have the 2 piece Alps aluminum butts which are extremely durable.

At Connley Fishing, we understand that sometimes you might receive a rod that feels too light, too stiff, or just not what you originally expected. We will gladly accept any rod for a refund or exchange within 30 days after you receive it. Just mail the new rod back to us with a note explaining what you would like us to do. There will be a $30 charge for return FedEx shipping and handling if we are mailing you a new replacement rod.
