Our light action stand-up 20-40# rod is exactly what you will need for light trolling with a 20-30# line. We suggest putting a Shimano TLD 25 reel on this rod for a great, inexpensive combo for many different offshore species. This rod is also a very popular bottom fishing rod as well. It features our heavy-duty turbo ring guides, aluminum reel seat, aluminum gimble, and slick fiber butt with a fast tapered Connley Fishing fiberglass rod blank. Just a great all-around light action rod for Kingfish, football-sized Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin, Sailfish, and White Marlin. Also works great for light bottom fishing for Muttons and Grouper. Our medium action 30-60# stand-up rod was designed to fill the needs of an all-purpose boat rod for trolling with a 30-40# test line. We suggest matching this rod with a TLD 30, Avet 30, Tiagra 30, or any similar-sized reel with a 40# line for the perfect general-purpose stand-up trolling rod for the boat. It features our heavy-duty turbo ring guides, an aluminum reel seat, an aluminum gimble, and a hard slick-butt on the bottom. This rod is a favorite for your rigger baits while trolling or a pitch rod for bridled live bait when a SAIL or Marlin enters the spread. Good on Tuna up to the 150 lb. range as well or even slow trolling a ballyhoo or split tail mullet for Wahoo. It also works great as a light grouper rod and for pulling in those big snappers off the bottom.

They feature our heavy-duty turbo ring guides with an aluminum reel seat, aluminum gimble, and hard slick butt. This rod is a workhorse with a nice fast taper tip that is light enough to keep your back from breaking but be sure and hold on when you get into the power band of the rod. Ideal rod for trolling heavy rigger baits and large trolling lures. Also great as a downrigger rod and for high-speed trolling. It is the perfect match for big Wahoo and Tuna and it has always been very popular for digging that big Grouper out of the wreck. We suggest matching this up with an Avet Pro EXW 50 or a TLD 50 reel with a 60-80# line.
