The Connley Fishing Diamond Series Tortuga 30-60 7' is a powerful, all-purpose conventional boat rod designed for anglers who love the versatility of our best-selling Kingfish 20-50 but want additional power for larger fish. The Tortuga maintains the responsive feel and versatility that make the Kingfish so popular while adding more power through the tip section and backbone for increased lifting strength. Designed around the demands of South Florida live bait and bottom fishing, it's equally at home on a center console or a large sportfishing boat.

Available in a 7' length, the Diamond Tortuga 30-60 is equipped with a premium ALPS aluminum reel seat, Fuji Silicon Nitride guides, and comfortable EVA foam grips. Finished with our signature blue and silver Diamond Series wrap, the Tortuga combines upgraded premium components with the strength, sensitivity, and versatility needed for demanding offshore fishing.

The Diamond Tortuga 30-60 is an excellent choice for targeting amberjack, grouper, mutton snapper, red snapper, kingfish, sailfish, mahi, white marlin, sharks, and a wide variety of other offshore species. It excels at bottom fishing, drifting and kite fishing with live baits, and trolling ballyhoo or smaller offshore lures. Pair it with an Avet LX, Shimano Talica 20, or Accurate Boss 600-sized conventional reel for a powerful, balanced setup capable of handling everything from live bait fishing to pulling big fish away from reefs, wrecks, and structure.
