The 6’6″ Calstar Grafighter 700H rod was designed for targeting big fish with a light rod. This rod is perfect for pitching a live bait to a Blue Marlin or Yellowfin Tuna. It is lightweight but extremely powerful when bent up on a nice fish. We usually match this rod up with a Talica reel or maybe the new Accurate Boss Valiant 800 reel loaded with 80# braided line.
Each rod comes with the finest Fuji Silicon Carbide SIC hardened guides that will last you a lifetime without failure! You will never have about cracking out a guide insert when you pay the extra for Carbide guides! We also use the Alps channel lock machined reel seats so your reel locks in place and doesn’t move.
